Alisa takes existing buildings into a new phase of their life: more efficient, more comfortable and better suited to the present, without erasing their identity.

Alisa’s principal current project is transforming a historic complex in the centre of Bagnacavallo into new homes with high architectural and energy quality. The preservation of recoverable structure and materials works together with new performance, new systems and a contemporary way of living.
For Alisa, energy efficiency and comfort belong in the project alongside architectural quality and the preservation of the building’s identity. Improving what exists means raising its performance without erasing its character.
